Fees

Wagering Requirements

12. Account Suspension & Closure
Ph mapalad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, evidence of collusion or bonus abuse, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.
In cases of account closure for cause, ph mapalad will provide written notice where reasonably practicable. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ph mapalad, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
You may request voluntary closure of your ph mapalad account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon confirmed closure, access to the platform will be revoked and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
